What we do
We pull the container off the chassis, put the pallets on the rack, and get product on the truck or into Amazon. Everything is billed per unit touched at the published rate — nothing bundled, nothing hidden.

Racked pallet positions up to 68" tall. Initial storage is prorated by which half of the month your freight arrives; recurring storage bills the 1st for what is still on the floor.
Amazon shipment creation, unit and carton labeling, palletizing and shrink wrap for LTL, plus per-hour value-add work when a project needs hands.
Order picking and packing from stored inventory, outbound boxes and pallets, packaging at cost plus 15%, and hourly labor for kitting and special projects.

Onboarding
Send your estimate or volume profile. We confirm the rate sheet in writing — no setup fee, no minimum term.
New customer registration, W-9 exchange, billing contact and SKU list. Same-day when documents are ready.
Give us the container number, BOL or LTL PRO and an ETA. We schedule the door and the crew for the unload.
Counts, photos and pallet positions confirmed. Your invoice lists every line item at the published rate, due on receipt.

Our building sits in the Plummer Street corridor off Clinton Drive — direct access to the Turning Basin, Barbours Cut and I-610, so a container can clear the terminal and be on our dock the same day.
